The purpose of the project is to remove all unused batters (any form), recycle plastics to keep the island clean and fresh. In doing so, it is anticipated that by the end of the project, citizens will start to enjoy what their fore fathers have been enjoying before, like land crabs, shell fish, fish, eatable pigeons, and fresh greens and vegetables from back yard gardens and many more.

This report presents you findings of research carried out on types of Digital Consumer redress mechanisms existed and is in progression within respective small Island states and archipelago countries in the Pacific Region. Archipelago and Small Island State countries including, Cook Islands, Fiji Islands, Kiribati Islands, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tahiti Islands, Tonga and Vanuatu .

Smart Islands is an innovative approach through ICT services and products delivering connectivity and an integrated suite of scalable and sustainable services to disadvantaged villages and island communities in South Malekula, Vanuatu.
